Who is Linx?
Linx Communications is a leader in a new class of communications companies: Communications Service Providers (CSP), providing access to all calls, messages, and faxes with local points of presence (POPs). Linx offers customized, web-enabled unified communications services that simplify communications and increase connectivity and control. Linx services allow you to connect to important callers and access all of your messages with one local or toll free phone number or Internet connection. Founded in 1996, Linx is based in Framingham, Massachusetts.

What is Linx' Mission?
Linx Communications strives to change the way people communicate by providing simple solutions to meet increasingly complex needs. Linx' solutions are designed to simplify communication and provide control over all calls, messages and faxes by providing one number to consolidate multiple phone numbers and voice mailboxes (including office, home office and mobile phones), as well as pager and fax numbers.

What is Unified Communications?
Unified Communications is the next advance in the course of Unified Messaging. It goes beyond the mere message storage capabilities offered by many Unified Messaging services and provides real-time call connection, from any mobile or land-line phone. In addition, Linx' Unified Communications services provide one central location for all your calls, messages and faxes, which can be accessed and managed through either a telephone or a web interface.

What makes Linx' solutions unique?
Linx solutions are designed to provide you with complete control, to increase your productivity, and to save you money. We are doing this by:
  • Custom tailoring communications solutions to meet your unique communication and business needs
  • Providing subscription services, which drastically cut the cost, maintenance and risk of long-term service contracts associated with the purchase of communications hardware.
  • Seamlessly integrating with corporate communications systems, eliminating the need to check multiple voice mailboxes
